After the stunning success of the debut Scandinavian Film Festival last year, the 2015 program, presented by Palace and screening exclusively at Palace Centro Cinema in July, will showcase the most exciting dramas, comedies and thrillers from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland. Highlights of the line-up include Opening Night comedy HERE IS HAROLD, a road movie about a man who sets out to kidnap the founder of Ikea; our A FAMILY AFFAIR IN THE MEDITERRANEAN event which includes a screening of Danish comedy ALL INCLUSIVE and we are also excited to be premiering Icelandic drama RAMS – it was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival where it won the top prize. We close out the festival with a special screening of documentary INGRID BERGMAN – IN HER OWN WORDS which tells the story of Seven time Academy Award-nominee and three time Academy Award-winner Ingrid Bergman through never-before-seen private footage, notes, letters, diaries and interviews with her children.
