The mission escalates from a “capture” to a “kill” operation when Madden realises the terrorists are about to embark on a deadly suicide mission. However, a nine-year-old girl enters the kill zone just as the drone pilot is poised to attack, prompting Madden to consult with the British foreign secretary.

Stars of Eye in the Sky, Helen Mirren and Alan Rickman, are major British stars but surprisingly, they’ve only “appeared” together in a feature film once before (although you never actually saw either of their faces). What was that 2005 sci-fi spoof which also starred Martin Freeman and Sam Rockwell?
