Melbourne artist Howqua has announced his first run of Australian shows for his debut headline tour, in support of his new single ‘Her’. Having just returned from a successful international trip to Canadian Music Week, where Howqua was signed to The Agency Group for North American bookings, he will be embarking on a run of shows along the East Coast this June and July.

Melbourne band Saskwatch have premiered their latest single ‘Down The Stairs’ via triple j and FasterLouder.  The single comes from their forthcoming LP Sorry I Let It Come Between Us out next Friday 12 June via Northside Records / Remote Control. To celebrate the release of Sorry I Let It Come Between Us, Saskwatch will play the album from start to finish at a free show on Saturday 13 June at The Curtin, Melbourne.

Having spent the past 10 years working in the corporate world it came as a complete shock to colleagues, friends and family when Mike Waters casually revealed he had secretly been writing songs in his bedroom – songs that form his first collection, an EP entitled Life, which is out now.

Australian troubadour Josh Pyke has announced plans to release his fifth studio album, But For All These Shrinking Hearts. The album, which is due on the 31st July, has been previewed with the first track “There’s A Line” which Pyke previewed on social media last week.

Always one to treat his fans Pyke is offering a limited number of fans-first album pre-order packages comprising the deluxe edition of the new record (featuring two exclusive tracks), a lyric magnet set and a ticket to one of his intimate, un-ticketed fans first shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. Nick Sowersby aka Sunbeam Sound Machine has released the video for ‘Wandering, I’ via Cool Hunting. The track comes from his debut LP Wonderer which is out now via Dot Dash / Remote Control Records.
