Future's so bright, I gotta wear shades
From
the folks who bring you Summadayze and Summafieldayze, Famous
and Gods Kitchen music festivals comes the return of The Future
Music Festivals in Brisbane, Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.
Where in Australia can you see the likes of Aesop Rock, Roger
Sanchez, Who made who and Shapeshifters as well as trance maestro
John Digweed? But wait there’s more. Markus Schulz is back
down under and many a Future music ticket holder will be wetting
themselves as perennial faves The Chemical Brothers have confirmed
they will bring their long awaited live show to Melbourne Sydney
and Brisbane.
Further additions to this rather stellar lineup
are Chicks on Speed and Datarock, plus in each state local djs
will grace the stages early on to keep you toe tapping right through
to the evening.
The bad news: First release tickets have sold out
for all shows excluding Brisbane but that is because Brisbane
ticket sales were held up due to unconfirmed venue. Be quick though
as these ‘first release’ tickets are likely to run
dry within days.
The good news: tickets are still available, so get your eighties
electro roller skates out if you want to be part of one of the
best house/electro dance festivals Australia can muster to lead
you into your Easter break.
Tickets through Ticketmaster or check www.futuremusicfestival.com.au
for more information on shows in each state.
