Taking flight

Infusing travel adventures with orchestration of chilled out, hip hop reggae blips, is precisely what the seasoned musicians of Hermitude have done with their fourth EP release Rare Sightings.

In a melodic and beats driven journey this five tracker, carries you from Norway, Japan, London, Paris, San Francisco and to Barcelona. A laconic vignette which came about because of an initial tour of the West Coast of the States the end result being a record crafted by the geography and heartbeat of the cities they found themselves in.

It’s fantastic listening music for any time of the night or day, but possibly best listened to with a sheesha on hand and a glass of wine to unwind with.

Heck, this instrumental offering is one I’d even advise for pool-side lazing and a cocktail in hand. Hermitude’s Rare Sightings is available via Inertia Music www.inertia-music.com.

Judge for yourself, take a listen to their track 'Sunsetter' here.
